The hotel provided a choice of pillows and a range of toiletries, prompt reply and accepted my request for early check-in, daily cleaning of room with towels and pyjamas change, reasonable English-speaking staff, fabulous location and easy to spot.

It was useful to have internet access and Google Maps while exploring the city, especially since Wi-Fi can be rare in Tokyo. The convenience of having a smartphone with us made our trip much more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a short 2-minute walk to Kanda station, providing easy access to all major areas of Tokyo. There is also plenty to do in the neighborhood, with many good places to eat and larger food shops nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with new linen provided each day and a set of comfortable pajamas. The bathroom is small but good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel offers a free phone for guests to use and a shared onsen facility in one of their other buildings.
The soundproofing of the hotel rooms could be improved, as noise from other rooms and toilets can be heard.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location near Kanda station is perfect for exploring Tokyo, as it provides easy access to various metro lines. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the usual amenities and decent space, including a bath tub. The free WiFi is a bonus for staying connected. Although the breakfast could be improved with the addition of fresh fruit, it is still a good option.

Excellent location, short walk to train station. Lots of bars nearby to watch rugby games. Imperial palace gardens within walking distance. Helpful and accommodating staff, even during busy times. Great atmosphere at nearby restaurants. Clean rooms with options to swap pillows. All you can eat buffet available at affordable price. Good WiFi with decent speeds. Conveniently close to Tokyo station and Akihabara.
